How to go Live
Choose from three methods to go live with TikTokGames. Pick the one that works best for you.
Don't have 1,000 followers yet? There's still a way to go live — check the video below for a detailed breakdown.
This video walks you through all three methods step by step. Watch for a full demonstration.
Method 1: TikTok Live Studio (Official)
TikTok's desktop app — requires 1,000 followers
Requirements: You need at least 1,000 followers to use TikTok Live Studio.
- Download TikTok Live Studio from tiktok.com/studio/download
- Log in using your TikTok credentials.
- Create a Blank Scene and add sources to it.
- Add a Link source — paste the game link provided by TikTokGames.io. Set the orientation to 450 × 800.
- Alternatively: Use Window Capture and crop your browser window to show the game.
- Hit Go Live when you're ready.
Method 2: OBS Studio
Professional streaming software with vertical support
OBS Studio gives you full control over your stream. You'll need the Vertical Plugin from Aitum for TikTok's vertical format.
- Download OBS Studio from obsproject.com
- Download the Vertical Plugin (free) from aitum.tv/products/vertical
- Open OBS and add a Browser Source. Paste the game link from TikTokGames.io and set the size to 450 × 800.
- Add a Vertical Source and reuse the same Browser Source inside it. (See the video above for a demonstration.)
- Get your Server URL and Stream Key.
- In OBS: Go to Settings → Stream. Select "Custom" and enter your Server URL and Stream Key.
- Start Streaming when ready.
Method 3: Go Live on Your Phone
The simplest option — no desktop setup
Go live directly from your phone and share your screen via the phone camera. This method works even if you don't have 1,000 followers.
Open the TikTok app, start a live stream, and use screen share or camera to show your game. Perfect for quick setups.
